Mar Brava Apartments - Can Picafort (Mallorca)

Staff is always helpful and very nice. The place is so close to many good stores and restaurants and the beach, restaurants and bars. Not to mention that it is located near the sea.

Good location near town, quiet due to distance. Beach could be closer. Road can be noisy. Easy check-in and communication. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, easy parking. Close to beach and amenities, some cafes/restaurants open in low season. Clean, functional apartments. Well-equipped, simple wooden furniture. Kitchen has necessary devices. Working air conditioner. Good bathroom with bidet.

Its location was incredible, 5 minutes walk away from Mercat de l'olivar. Besides, restaurants and bars were placed close to the apartment. I've had property with couches and comfortable beds, for example.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, being very close to a beautiful beach. It was also conveniently situated near restaurants and a grocery store, making it easy to find everything we needed. the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a clean and updated bathroom.

The communication with the property owners/agency could have been improved, as we didn't receive important information on time.

We loved the location. It is near the beach , bars, shops and near buss station. Private, clean and quite. MAracaibo is just a corner away which was a nice quite family hotel with good facilities and a nice pool that mar brava guests could use.The appartment was nice and spacious.

Tha propeerty is really very close to the beach - and the beach is really nice and clean. The facilities in the mar Brava are basic -but as we could use Maracaibo, we were content. Maybe due to the cirsis, the environment was rather calm. Thwe room was big enough for a family with to little children (3 yreas old twins9. -but would definitely not fitfor four adults.

Great location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Nice view from terrace. Clean and spacious apartment, well-equipped with necessary amenities. Strong wifi and comfortable beds. Fully automated check-in and check-out process. Air conditioner works perfectly. Helpful staff in nearby office. a fantastic stay.

Very good value for money on the appartment, easily big enough for 2 adults. Could fit 2 adults and 2 children, but not suitable for 4 adults sharing. Large balcony given with the room. The location of the appartments was good, about 125 meters from the beach, 100 meters from Charly's, although you can't hear the noise from the night club, and about 100 meters from the main pedestrian street. Very peaceful, only interuption was the cleaner, and that wasn't too bad as she tried to speak English and we tried to speak Spanish. Room air conditioned, although comes on randomly.

Very isolated, staff didn't want to get to know you that well. When we had a problem in the room, we told staff, and nothing was done about it. Not many English people in the hotel/at the poolside, was intimidating being around the pool. Location, although good, is hard to find, as wrong address is given on the booking information. The Maricaibo is opposite the Clumba Mar (big yellow hotel) and then you are escorted to the Mar Brava. The appartment block is very quiet, and therefore you can hear everything, people moving furnature, walking around, going upstairs, etc.

I had booked a room with a couple bed, but when I arrived at the hotel, my room was not available. Even though the room had separate couches instead of a couple bed, they apologized for the inconvenience and even offered me a complimentary breakfast on the second day. Despite this initial setback, my overall stay at Mar Brava Apartments was pleasant. The location in the city center, proximity to the beach, and well-equipped kitchen made my trip enjoyable. I even had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Plus, with a rental car, I was able to explore the western part of Mallorca easily.

The beach is not far from apartments. The town is a typical resort town with lots of tourists (for those who like it).

For the price we paid we expected much more comfortable apartments. The furniture was almost miserable, dishes (housewares) were insufficient, no view from the window and etc.

Magnificent setting near the beautiful beach, and a local market with many good stores and restaurants. Btw, located in the city center.

had a great time staying in can picafort, mallorca. mar brava really impressed us with its well-equipped kitchen, daily service, and proximity to the beach. would stay again!
